How do I find out how much my Fender Bass guitar is worth?

Posted by Bernie 4 comments

I want to sell it, but have no clue what to sell it for. It is a Fender Squier P Bass Secial and all white. It’s serial number starts with CY98 so I know that means it was made in China/Taiwan in 1998.

Thanks for any help.

The going rate is $200 to $235 with case/bag.

The problem is that it’s not old enough to be a vintage, but not new enough to be valued higher. A new Fender P Bass is going somewhere around $280 – $300.

Fender has a serial number website, though it probably won’t be worth much….sorry.

Look on ebay for and see what they are going for.

there no such thing as a valued squire. and it’s made in china? yeah just sell it for $150. lol vintage squire. if there is such a thing then it’s something that was made personally for someone famous but they’d just with a full on fender, not squire
