How much would it cost to replace a fender?
2001 Chevy Malibu. Front passenger side fender. Damaged in a car accident. How much to replace it? Not by myself, I’m just trying to figure out how much I’m going to get from insurance.

You really need to call some auto service people around in your area and ask for a free estimate.
Better yet, I recall plusrecipes.com having a small auto section where they offer great deals, like free estimates from local auto repair specialists in your area, whom I would think would know the cost of their replacing your fender–heck right now one ad-link says you could save like 50% through what I read as competitive bidding or something like that–here’s the link:

Hard to say exactly, but even a small body repair will run $1000 to $2000.
