VOX AC30 Head Specification: – year of manufacture – 1963 – Copper Panel (Jennings Musical Industries) – 33W – 4x EL84 (Mullard Reissue) – 4x 12AX7 (original Blackburn NOS Mullard) – 1x 12AU7 – GZ34 Rectifier Tube (original NOS Mullard) Recorded with: – Vox 2×12 cab (2x Celestion Alnico Blue speakers from 1963) – Orville (Gibson) Les Paul Standard – Gibson ‘57 Classic from ‘80 and new P-94 pickups, IMPORTANT! This is one of our first videos. The sound is recorded on Beyer mic by a mixer (Mackie VLZ1202 Pro) straight into the camera (Canon Legria) – this system generates a lot of noise through the variable sensitivity of the mic input in camera.
